A little help and definition!

I have noticed the discussion on picking a side but yet I do not clearly enougth know what the sides support and do. In order to judge and pick my side, i would like to accurie this knowlegde. So please explain the postions: the jury, witnesses, prosecuting team, and the attorneys for the defense. I do understand how this does relate to court but some how i am still unsure.

If you really can't pick a side right now, that's ok. It is still early in the process.

Phil has chosen to be a prosecutor (right now to get people to think)

I have chosen to be on the defense..and presently am trying to fine-tune that position.

The jury will be made up of those who want to listen to both sides and reach a decision.

Witnesses..will give factual data..and will be questioned by both the prosecuting team and the defense team.

I'm not sure who the Judge will be..

Mainly, right now, everyone is discussing a lot of things, and eventually, if we get enough people to participate, it will start coming together.
