The Spirit of the Holidays

Once a year, mankind approaches the unity of Spirit. We don't quite get there, but we have a glimpse of the oneness of mankind. Our souls are uplifted, we see the joy and love in others; we feel the bonds between us. There are smiles on the street and we drop dollars in the kettles where Santas are ringing their bells.

Once a year, Spirit gives us another chance to remember that we are Spirit. Despite 'Black Friday' and the commercialism Spirit prevails and our hearts are opened ever so slightly to reveal to us the Christ Consciousness.

Take notice mankind and feel! These are the vibrations of GOD; THE ALL; THE SOURCE!! The gift doesn’t have to come but once a year. If we open our hearts, this gift of Spirit can remain with us. The Spirit of Christmas is the “Gift that keeps on Giving”.

If we can maintain these vibrations we will have internal peace. If we all have internal peace we will have world peace.

Let us pray for the victims of abuse that they might find a friend and an advocate to help them through this period of pain and suffering.

One victory can be quickly turned into misery by an abusive gold digger working a long term plan to fruition and the innocent become victims.

Pray for peace people everywhere,

The star dancing with a tail as big as a kite leads us to the child shivering in the cold to whom we shall bring silver and gold for the gift of goodness and light.

Let us also pray for the abuser. The abuser is in as much or more pain than the abused.

Better yet, let us raise our vibrations so that all may see the beauty of the Spirit. God is not going to solve these problems. We must solve these problems and we had better do something fast. Raising our vibrations and spreading the "Word of God" (Vibrations of God) through Spirit is the answer. It can only spread Good Will and Peace. It is contagious!

We must also not interfere with each Soul’s plan for themselves. By example and through love we must help show the way out, but we can’t force it. I’m not saying that we do nothing. We must help when help is indeed needed or required and we must expose abuse. The fact is, however that there are those who need the lessons they have come in to learn.

We must have compassion but not sympathy. It doesn’t help to take on these vibrations.

There may be a cleansing coming. It may be too late to help in the 3rd dimensional reality but if we raise our vibrations then more souls will weather the storm if they so desire.

Mankind will be forced to realize the oneness as the world finances fail and Mother Earth cleanses herself. Through crisis the feeling of separateness lessens. Maybe that’s our future.


Let us see during these holidays if the Spirit shows its face in a bigger way and more souls embrace it.

I say: In some cases of abuse the abuser needs more than a prayer they need to be exposed. It is then that they will finally learn because when they are truly in the light all the dark forces will be burned off unless they have so chosen to be a crispy critter or an ice cube in a far off corner of the universe.

Yes, the vibrations seem to bring more of a oneness during holiday seasons. Each one of us recognizes the resonant identifiers of the other.

I agree. To expose the abuser will help them to heal in some cases. We should also embrace that healing for the betterment of mankind and as we realize that we are all one in Spirit.

I agree..no one is really innocent. Folks have just naturally followed what society has taught them..and feel like they are doing ok.....or, in this dog-eat-dog world...they are focused on self...and making a living. On the other hand, you have those that are hellbent of getting as much as they can, regardless if that means fleecing another person.

No and no again... There are plenty of innocent souls who are not creating their own misery... There are people that are fleecing other people and they are abusive, can an individual give to every hand out stretched? Should we protect individuals rights to their own property?

What about the players who lie to get what they want at any cost even to life of others?

An innocent child is killed and she was just standing by the street maybe sitting on her bicycle or waiting for a friend or better yet playing hopscotch or jump rope. The life of the child is taken or the child is abused now explain to me how she caused her own misery? Any person male or female can become an innocent victim of a person with intent to abuse another person.

I say no and no again that some people are innocent.

What is the mark of an innocent person?

An abuser could become an innocent victim of a crime that is sometimes called Karma, but in reality a crime is not excused even if it happens to a person that has once before committed a crime. The innocent need to be protected. The guilty need to be prosecuted.

Once a person takes to a life of crime it is hard to break the addiction created and I say that if a person who once committed a crime will once again commit a crime no trap needs to be set. A person who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time while others are committing crimes is an innocent person guilty by association and that person truly could be an innocent victim caught in a bad situation. The innocent person should not be trapped into a criminal situation and falsely accused of a crime that was never committed. There are innocent people such as the elderly person being swindled by a crook.

Innocence is innocence and the mark of innocence can be heard in their voice, generally things can all be proven true.

The truth will set you free and an innocent person will be set free by the truth even when falsely or wrongly accused.

In reading through all these posts I was reminded of something a character of mine said in the final book of my trilogy. The antagonist defends his violence and murderous rampage as nothing less than what the people of the worlds deserve. The protagonist in the scene responds: "Then they do not learn. They never grow and will never go beyond the boundaries of the world in which they are born. They must withstand misery so their souls can grow with knowledge and understanding. They must. It is not inflicted on them in cruelty. ... Murdering them again and again. You are not rescuing them, you are trapping them in a constant cycle of misery."

Victory/misery, good/evil, right/wrong. Who is to be the judge of it all? This topic links to the very fundamental things that drove me to write the Manipulated Evil trilogy.

The holiday season does unite us and we would do well to forget the materialism, stop putting ourselves in debt and find more satisfying ways to celebrate. For me it's doing special things with my girls, some traditions, the lighted village beneath the tree, baking the cookies my grandmother always made. Remembering our roots and values.

Something I've worked hard to teach everyone around me is empathy. We don't always need to agree, but understanding helps us to help others and ourselves. And not judging a person's whole worth from one action is important also. It doesn't mean some don't need punished for their actions, just that maybe we can be more helpful if we try to understand first and fix the problem that drove the action if indeed there was one. Usually it's a person feeling helpless, hopeless, powerless. Frustration can cause us to do things we would never do under ordinary circumstances (though what is ordinary anyway?)

What is coming with the changes of the world looming, I can't rightly say. I have my hunches, my gut instincts, my desires, and that's what drives my fiction. That's what's good about writing fiction :)

For this month though, I'll enjoy the simple pleasures with my girls while they are here and hope to empower them as much as I can before they are thrown to the big bad world.

Victims or abusers, aren't we all both at times? All we can do is be aware of our actions and how they ripple out from us and do what we can to do the best for all.

There are some that are victims and abusers all at the same time, the question is when does a person become the terrorist in your own backyard? When does a person cross the line in the sand that once crossed can never be forgiven, because the action is then deliberate and will never be repented of for what ever reason the abuser/terrorist reasons as a correct response to a given situation... The bottom line is that we can move beyond this if we can understand and know the mind and the motives of the sociopaths or megalomaniacs that destroy every good virtue of another person for pure gain, greed or control.

How do we empower the victims to be set free from with in the box that others have created? How do we remove the borders of slavery and open up the universe to the infinite possibilities that exist? How do we help the hero become the superstar as the underdog that rises above?

How do we stop the liars from lying?

How do we expose the truth to uncover that which is veiled in the darkness hiding in the shadows.

Rudolph had a red nose, not because of his whine or the wine, but because of the light that shone for the rest of the team to see.

Empower the guide, don't run and hide...

Plant your feet and you can not be shaken...

Stand strong and tall...

Don't fall for gossip and rumors...

Stand for the truth...

Sure there are the innocents...now I am not speaking of children, or those with conditions where their minds do not function enough to choose.....but, I'm speaking of those people who are innocent of pushing their boundaries...lol.

Personally, I really can't fathom that anyone, somewhere within his/her lifetime had not been presented with a choice. It is more a thing of making the choice to move towards growth, or make a choice to pull the covers over your head and pretend nothing else exists except the liitle world one has created.

There are very, very few people who could fit into the context of "innocent".

In defense of humanity there are many that have chosen to turn from wicked ways and desires. I know there is more than one.

There is a much greater award than any benefit that I could ever receive to know that any other person also has a chance to prevent from being abused by the powers that be.

Christmas is here and the change we seek is here as it always has been all we have to do is access the power with in to do what is right. The correct thing to do has been done in the past and the gift or present can be given to all well into the future. Peace on Earth and good will towards all people.

Stopping evil is the result of accountability and our world is a little better each time a victim is helped and each time a culprit of greed and deception is brought to justice or exposed.
