In my 20's I used to teach yoga, meditation, feeling transference, emptying out the body and mind, psycho drama, guiding students into astral travel and taking them through past life regressions. Have been studying for many years now and lost touch with these practices. I desperately need to get back into it for "what u teach u most need to learn".
