Thank you for the kind words. You are probably more of a chakra expert than I am. I fell out of line with Ananda Marga, the spiritual group I was with when I shared to them that one can open all the chakras by opening just one. I feel that if the light of attention is present during anger, for example, it shifts to another energy. Even through the door of sex and certain instinctual desires, one can touch freedom. I wouldn't tell this to your average Joe though because they can misinterpret it and believe that habits is a valid path.

I am an older woman in age...but mighty young in spirit.

I have followed a shamanic path for over 40 years. I am an energy healer and energy work is a primary component to my path.

Pastimes include painting using a variety of mediums, walking, and container gardening. I grow herbs as well, and use these in my herbal soaps, herbal and floral waters, and in culinary oils and vinegars.

Like to read a variety of material..teach on-line and am on computer researching a good bit. Moderate one forum and am Administrator of another and also teach in the school there as well.

Mother of 2..grandmother of 4.

By trade (although retired now), I am an RNC and a Clinical Social Worker specializing in counseling. I worked for many years in a psychiatric hospital...as well as in private sector, also counseled privately. Volunteered at the local Battered Women and Children Safe-House.

I still counsel on line, and privately.

My on=line teaching is to provide beginners with a good foundation for whatever path they ultimately choose to walk. I focus on the whole person when teaching just like I do with healing. A person needs work on themselves within before they can work on themselves without.
